Imogen Castledine is an experienced arts manager, customer success professional and irrepressible problem solver, powered by a love of connecting artists and audiences through engagement and development.

Coming from two generations of professional artists, Imogen was raised on exhibitions, events, creation, and curation. She worked with iconic local and international arts organisations including Fringe World, WASO, Sculpture by the Sea and the Peggy Guggenheim Collection while completing a Master of Arts & Cultural Management at Deakin University. Graduating at the top of her cohort in 2018, Imogen then left Australia to work on startup projects in music education and food sustainability in Europe and the UK.

Imogen returned to WA in 2020 with the intention of applying her knowledge and skills to the Australian context, and first joined The Lester Prize team in 2020 for the Exhibition Season to assist with prize administration. She now shares the role of Exhibition & Engagement Manager with Giorgia Mack and, when she is not in The Lester Prize office, can be found in the Visitor Services team at the WA Museum Boola Bardip.
